Question:

Chin up training... quantity or quality?

I am pretty good at chin ups and pull ups, I am lightweight without much muscle. I am 16 and so far, I am doing a workout every day, just bodyweight stuff.

I want to be the best at chin ups. The best in the world. And I prefer the consecutive chin up and under one minute chin up records.

Right now my record is 23 consecutive PROPER chin ups. And I don't really know how to train. Should I go with quantity or quality? Could someone recommend a schedule?
