China is going to take the place of USA in the NO.1 place of golden number, what do you think about it?

Well its not over until the fat lady sings as they say.

China has 2 advantages its playing on home soil and the home crowd can be a force to deal with.

Secondly the games there a range so that China had the events in which its strongest athletes at the start of the games to give the team a boost.

It normal because China is the host. If in 2012 China hold the first place, you can be sure China is strong enough. However, to the total number of medals America is still the first.

sports is not only for the Olympic Games. The most important thing is to let people stronger and stronger by doing exercises.

Britain will soon overtake America too. After the Americans need to put more effort into their practise. Cannot hope that at the next games M. Phelps wil take 40 gold. One person is not a team. Look at Britain and Australia population wise they should have 200 gold proportionately.

If you mean they will be #1 as far as gold medals are concerned, yes, but as far as the total number of medals is concerned.... it's not a given... yet...

I'm hoping we'll leave with the most number of medals, but if China does take over, ... oh well. After all, they do have 4x as many inhabitants as the US.

Based on the no. of population, American shouldn't be too worry about it.

There is no limit on how many "top players" for each country to enter a game. As long as they can go UP to the requirement, they are IN the game.
