  1. I have a bunny and she is great, very loving, litter box trained and loves to roam and play.

I don't really like Chinchillas they can be pretty mean.

I am getting a ferret, so I'd say go with a ferret or rabbit.

A rabbit is less expensive than ferrets. Ferret can cost alot of money.

  2. Okay. I have 2 chinchillas. They are amazingly sweet pets to have. They don't bite, they are very active, you can even walk them!!!

To care of a chinchilla... They need a special kind of food. The kind of food best (research done) is Mazuri Chinchilla Food. It is inexpensive in bulk packages, however, at Petco, Petsmart, not so much. (I BOUGHT IT IN BULK. It lasted me for almost a year!!!) Chinchillas are easy to care for. You must give them fresh water, hay, and dust, and refill their food daily. (If you skip a day, it's not that bad. The normally don't eat all their food in one day, or drink all their water, or use all their dust, ETC.) They are nocturnal animals. They play at night, sleep during the day. They NEED a place with out people in the day, or they get restless, and don't get much sleep.) They are very fun animals to have.

Ferrets: Friends have had them before. They bite, and they smell. (Yes, even if you get them descented.)

Bunnies: Fun, loving animals. Can be potty trained, and can be let loose around the house. (They do however, chew on wood.)

This is all I really know!!! Hope I helped!!!

    Have a great day!

    God Bless,

    Nicole

  3. ferret! they are the best, and have really good personalities, you can walk them and they live in a cage which is a plus.. get a ferret;)

a really good book is 'ferrets for dummies' this will tell you everything you need to know!

  4. chinchillas can be mean

    bunnys stink

    ferets are loveable.

  5. Even though most ferrets have been fixed and descented inorder to be sold in the us the still have a heavy musk smell and need to be bathed regularly... You also need to ferret proof your house.  They will find every nook and crany to hide themselves and things in.  Just when you think things are secure it will work at something untill you stop it or it gets in anyway.

Ferrets always tend to be more loveable. Chinchillas are a rodent and behave in that manner (bite), Rabbits who don't  want to be held can really kick the living S**t out of your. I had a floppy ear and quite large.  Go with a smaller rabbit.  Ive had a rabbit and a ferret.  The rabbit never liked being held and the ferret always played with my feet when i hung them over the side of the bed.  but they are fun.

  6. Ferrets for sure!!! They are very sweet, and if you lose any jewelry you will know it wasn't a burglar! Ferrets are incredible animals, so interesting and fun! And they probably have tons of Ferret rescues in your area. GOOD LUCK!!!

  7. ferret! they are fun to play with they can run around your house too. bit if you get one get 2 because they get lonely otherwise. you have to give them baths alot to keep them from smelling really bad.

  8. This depends on how long you would like to care for the pet and the amount of time and effort you'll be able to care and give attention to the pet.

    Chinchilla: 10-15 years

    Ferret: 6-10 years

    Rabbit: 8-12 years

I used to have a rabbit, and even though I enjoyed it, I would never get another one because of its many complications. They are weak animals, easily scared (and could die of fright), along with a whole bunch of easily obtained diseases, especially when not spayed (uterine cancer). They aren't very amusing and generally don't do very much after the first year, and their best quality - furry cuteness - doesn't do them much good since generally, most of them detest being held or cuddled.

I suggest you get a ferret because it's fun to watch them tunnel through their places and play with their toys:)

  9. I have a bunny and he's amazing.

Bunnies are great pets but they take a lot of care.

  10. feret...no question

unless you want a pet you can't really connect with or "play" with

  11. My friend has a chinchilla..it is oh so cute, but she has to keep her air conditioning in the upper 60s lower 70s even in the winter has to keep one room cooler (window down) because it gets so hot.

ferrets and bunnies can be litter box trained, which is a plus.  ferrets require a lot of attention most people describe them like a cat. They like to crawl into your lap and be pet. The thing about ferrets is they have a strong odor...don't get me wrong it isn't overwhelming, but distinct.

A rabbit is my personal favorite I have two, I like them because they are so soft, but bunnies shed all over the place.  There is no perfect pet, but all three are so cute they are worth the mild inconveniences.  Good luck

  12. bunny!

  13. I would go with a chinchilla or rabbit. Ferrets (especially males) can tend to get really smelly.

  14. A RABBIT!!!!!!!!! they are the cutest out of the three and defiently the softest...they are very social and can be litter trained...the rabbit itself doesnt smell and if you clean the cage once every one to two weeks then it wont smell at all....chincillas are not social and ferrets are not soft...both chincillas and ferrets cost a ton of money!!!! like 100-200 dollars just for the pet when rabbits are only $30.they would all make  great pets, but rabbbits are by far the best choice...good luck!

  15. Chinchilla!  They are super soft & cute. ;)

  16. "bunnies" are not that playful. The ferret is very playful although they tend to be messy. The chinchilla is ok but more maintenance.  So I say the ferret.

  17. Chingchilla

  18. Definetly bunny. I have a bunny and he is the sweetest!

We feed him rabbit food but sometimes we also give him carrots and califlower.

If you are getting a bunny, you should check out this website:

  19. i would think a chinchilla or a bunny would be easier.

i have a ferret and they're not easy but worth the trouble! if you are ready for the responsibility, get a ferret. i love all three of those animals, though...

  20. I say bunny because ferrets are mean and messy little b******s.  I don't know what a chinchilla is.

  21. They are all great pets but you have to consider were your living if you have a ferret it is go in to smell up your whole apartment and a Chinchilla is an exotic  animal so you have to take care of it. Bunny's are a lot of work i have had  3 cause you have to clean out there cage water food and exercise. so pick the pet The is best for your lifestyle.

  22. i say rabbit because those are pretty easy to take care of. you just have to feed it and give it water and take it out to play and brush it if its an angora rabbit. (they can also be litter-box trained) the only thing is that they eat everything in sight... they love to chew on wires and stuff...

personally though, I'd pick chinchilla because i find them really cute and they are super soft... :D

you can also go to this website for some info on rabbits

  23. I have a ferret, and he is AWESOME! I think chinchillas and bunnies are boring. Ferrets are social animals, like cats and dogs, so they cannot be locked up in a cage all of the time. If you have lots of time to spare and the enough love for one, I would definately get a ferret. Mine goes on carrides and everything with me, we even bought him a leash and he goes out in the yard, haha. If you're never really home though then I would go with the other two, but if you're home and can spend time with him then I would go with the ferret, they need human attention and love. They're really funny and playful too!

  24. chinchilla, i have one, they are so cute but p**p a lot

  25. Get  a chinchilla. They are cute, playful, and fuzzy. They are easy to care for and all you have to do is feed it and clean its cage. Also play with it and care for it. It may be a champion in pet shows!

  26. Chinchilla's are very soft gentle animals. They need to have a dust pan in their cage because this is how they bathe. They roll in the dust to keep the oils down on their skin and fur.

Ferrets are also oily animals only they do not take dust baths. They tend to have a wild animal scent and their cage needs to be cleaned very often or the whole house will smell of it. They like to play with shiny things and create stashes of their collected goodies around the house. ( do not leave jewelry just laying about as they are little thieves... your car keys might also fall victim to them.)

Bunnies are cute and soft and don't typically have a bad odor. However, they are more likely to cause allergies than the other pets you mention. They also require a good amount of freedom time from their cage. They need to be able to chew and run around. Keep things for them to chew on handy.

  27. feret

  28. chinchilla my friend has one and he named it Ziggy ... its so fuzzy!!!!!
