Question

I have a china mobile when i received message from any one it shows only the sender number. I have already save the sender number with name in my cell. when i received a massage then go to in phone book and check the sender number then confirm who is sending the message.
moreover GPRS is active on my china mobile but it does not accept the mobile office settings of service provider. Please tell me how to configure the settings mannualy.
Kindly tell me the solution.
