Chinese Dish With Duck. I Need The Name?

Question

I went to this Chinese restaurant in England and had this awesome duck dish. Its shredded duck served with spring onions rapped ina Chinese pancake. I can't remember the actual name for it though, but I'm fairly certain it begins with an "A".

Can you please help me, and maybe send me a link off the internet so I can identify it?

It's called Aromatic Crispy Duck and it's delish.  It's served with plum sauce and thin slices of spring onion and cucumber which you wrap up in a thin pancake.  YUMMY!

I know because I live in the UK and I eat this every time I go to a Chinese restaurant or get takeaway.

Sounds like Peking Duck (or Beijing Duck).  It's called Peking Roast Duck 北京烤鸭 or Peking Sweet Duck 北京甜鸭.

However Peking Roast Duck don't eat the shredded meat. Infact the meat's not eaten at all for the dish. The skin of the duck was sliced out to be wrapped with spring onions, cucumber and alittle sweet sauce in a thin pancake.

The shredded duck meat is usually stir fried for another dish (not compulsory). It may be just thrown away or any other form of cooking according to he customer's liking.

it's just called Peking roasted duck. It is some pieces of the roasted duck in a white piece of steamed bread with spring onions and seafood "hoi sin" sauce.

Peking duck (with plum sauce...which makes it for me)... I often order a 1/2 duck (tea-smoked) for lunch with steamed buns and plum sauce. Love it but sometimes too dry if you don't tell them it is for tomorrow...
