Chinese Food and Wilson's Disease?

I was diagnosed with Wilson's disease and I was wondering if I am able to eat Chinese food. Like General Tso's Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Sesame Chicken. Food like that?

I am not sure, great question for your specialist, i would think the chicken would be okay in moderation, but would avoid nuts, mushrooms and shell fish, but i am not sure what the copper content is.
