Chinese/ Korean michelin chef - Urgent?

Question

Do any of you know of a Chinese/Korean Michelin Chef called Jang li or any near variation? I do not exact spelling of the chef.

Alan Yau (Chinese: 丘德威 pinyin: Qiū Déwēi), OBE was born in Sha Tau Kok, Hong Kong in 1962. He is a restaurateur who launched the Wagamama food chain in the United Kingdom.

Alan Yau is also the man behind the leading London restaurants Hakkasan and more recently Yauatcha, which have both been awarded a Michelin Star.

In April 2005, the British magazine Restaurant unveiled its fourth annual global ranking of the 50 Best Restaurants — Hakkasan was rated 30th and Yauatcha 43rd. (10 London restaurants were in the top 50.)
