Chinese Law on 1 kid only what is the word for brother or sister in chinese?

i know that they have a limit to how many kids a couple can have and its only ONE...... Im wondering what is the word for brother or sister, and if they even use it now???

ge with two dots above the e<..> yizi with a / above the first i. but these words are used as any boy or girl really, the ge maybe used as elder though...? Hope this helps..
