So with this picture in mind, do you think this girl is 16 years old? looks almost like she lost a baby tooth and a new one has yet to take it's place.

  1. I think this whole situations is absolutely ridicules!!!!!!! There is no way in h**l that those girls are 16!!! You're right, the two of them still have teeth coming in! They have such young faces! It's CRAZY! And people have found Chinese websites that confirm that one of the girls was 13!!! It makes me so freakin pissed!!! The rules are there for everyone!!! I REALLY REALLY REALLY hope that somebody grows some brains and realizes that those little girls are not 16 and therefor have no right to compete. They need to be disqualified! I think it's such a disgrace to the olympics! How disgraceful it is that they have to cheat to win!

  2. can we STOP with the same question over and over omg. It is done, no one will ever find proof of whether their 16 or not, please give it a rest! Did you know that a 16 year old can still be losing their baby teeth! I am turning 16 soon and I have a few baby teeth that I still haven't lost! Am I a freak because of that?

  3. Larissa if you hate the question so much then can you stop clicking on it and answering it.  the people on yahoo answers can post this question because they have a right to.

we will never know.  the girls are so talented  but cheating is not a great way to win.  all i can do is speculate and hope for the best for shawn and the other usa gymnast.  yes it looks like she lost a teeth lol but here are some excuses to it lol

    -she fell

    -she got bullied

    -it was infected

-the list goes on and on

  4. In my opinion there should be a maximum age, because in most sports like softball for instants if there is an 18 and under team, and they play a 16 and under team it's expected that the 18 and under team will beat them because it seems like the 18 and under team has the advantage or being older, bigger, more experienced. So shouldn't it be the same in gymnastics? If your 16 and your competing against a 13/14 year old. Shouldn't you be expected to win anyway? Don't you have the advantage of being older, most experienced? So in this case if the China gymnast that is 13/14 can beat or even compete with the 16 year old they should be able to. That shows some talent and skill there. They should even be applauded. If a 16 year old shouldn't be expected to beat a 13/14 year old in gymnastics, which would be saying that when your younger that you are better and at a better performance age. Wouldn't you think that it would be smart to change the age requirements. And to finish it off if you looking for the best gymnast should it really matter what age they are?

  5. Ok she doesn't look 16 but i think it is possible that a 16 year old could still have baby teeth. I lost my last baby tooth when i was 14. I didn't get my teeth in until i was over a year old and when all of my classmates were losing their's in kindergarten, i had to wait 4 years until i lost my first. My last baby tooth had to be surgically removed so it is likely i could have still had it until i was 16. But i still think China is trying to cheat. The girl looks like she's 8.

lol ok most Chinese are small and so are most gymnasts. What happens when you combine the two. You get a 16 year old gymnast that looks 8. Also there are constantly cases where people age differently.

  6. yeah that girl and most of the girls on the chinese team look very young. But,even if they are uinder 16 years of age you have to give them credit for beating the US. They take those chinese girls right from preschool and work with them all the time.
