Chinese Restaurant Soup Question?

I asked the waiter for any house specials and he winked at me and said he recommended soup - Cream of Sum Yung Gai. Is there really such a soup in a chinese restaurant? If so, what is in it?

  3. Looks like Egg Drop Soup.  High in protein. Girls love it.

  4. They only recommend that soup to people who look a certain way.

  5. As a chinese, I seriously think that he is joking with you. there is not such soup in chinese menu.
