I work in a take-away two nights a week and get free meals and quite honestly LOVE the food (i have no willpower what so ever!) get one at least once every 2weeks.i am starting to think it's not all that good to be eating it so often!! (it's not about gaining weight cause i havn't)do you know of any healthy(ish) dishes that you can get in a chinese? (I'm vegaterian) and can anyone tell me how bad is a 3in1 (curry sause, chips and fried rice in a tray) for you cause i usually get them! lol
