  1. Have you checked out Tricia's site yet?  It offers tons of info on these guys.  You usually end up building an enclosure, as they are arboreal and like heights.  You have to build it in such a way to provide lots of hiding places, as snout rubbing is common.

  2. You could build one, b/c water dragons when they are grown like to have lots of room, but lots of humidy also. I built a 4' long, 2'  deep, 4' tall cage out of pressure treated plywood for my w.d.. I went to a glass specialty shop to have 2 glass sliding doors put in the front(make sure they are tempered). Put screen on the top, so I could put the heating and basking and uv lamps on it, then used a shallow kitty litter box for his water. I put a air stone hooked up to a air pump in his water to create humidity. W.D.'s like to climb, so lots of branches and logs to reach his basking spots towards the top. This setup apparently has worked, my "Sammy" is 11 years old and just as happy as ever. Good luck.
