Chinese buffet crab dish????

Question

Does anyone know the name of the stuff they serve at most chinese restaraunts? It has imitation crab meat and is baked into a white cheesy sauce. It is kind of like mac and cheese, but with crab instead of pasta.

I make this and dip fried wontons or chinese noodles in it.

CRAB CASSEROLE

1/2 lb. crab meat

1/2 c. sour cream

1 tbsp. lemon juice

Pinch of garlic salt

1 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

2 tbsp. mayonnaise

1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp. milk

Mix together in casserole dish. Save half of Cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
