how can i make the breading on my chicken like the chinese restaraunt does with their sweet and sour chicken?

  1. Dip your chicken in beaten egg and roll in cornstarch.

  3. You need to use a basic breading flour, egg and water will work, and then fry it.  frying in most homes is impractical or complicated.

    I personally use pre-breaded chicken, you can get the cheep nuggets, or popcorn chicken which is very simmilar to what you would get in restaurants.   bake it till its nice and crispy, then toss it with the sauce of your choice.
