Chinese citizen, Canadian Permenant Resident. Do they need visas to Honduras and Belize.?

My parents are Canadian permanent residents holding Chinese passports, We are going on cruise, 2 of the ports the cruise stops are Honduras and Belize. Wondering whether they need visas to entry if they are getting off a cruise.

    Residence CANADA (CA)           /Destination BELIZE (BZ)

    Destination HONDURAS (HN)      

    BELIZE (BZ)

    Passport (must be valid for period of intended stay) required.

    Visa required.

    Repatriation fee of BZD 3,000.- payable on arrival.

    Minors: up to/incl. 16 years:

    - passport not required provided their names are registered in  passport of accompanying person;

    - traveling with only one parent or guardian are required to

      have a notarized letter from the (other) parent authorizing

      the travel of the child with the accompanying

      parent/guardian.

    Passenger must hold:

    - USD 50.- per day; and

    - return or onward ticket; and

    - all other documents required for next destination.

    Those of foreign nationality born in Belize may travel on a

    one-way ticket.

    HONDURAS (HN)

    Passport (must be valid at least 3 months on arrival) required.

    Visa issued with authorization number required.

    If stay exceeds 48 hours, passenger must report to

    "Departamento de Seguridad Publica" (Department of Public

    Security).

    Visitor must hold onward/return ticket and all documents

    required for next destination.
