  1. I don't know if it's possible, I do know this, China does not recognize dual citizenship.  If you become a citizen of China then you are going to be 100% at the mercy of the Chinese government.


  2. It is NOT automatic and certainly dual citizenship is not allowed.

    The chinese spouse will need to apply for you, and it may take years.
