  1. bbc food pages, it has a list of chef's just scroll down to which ever you want.   x

  2. it was really good show.

and the cooking is so simple.

you can go to bbc food website and look there. hopefully they will show the presenter - then it'll be easier to find the recipe.

    i love chinese food.

  3. all recipes ever braodcast on the bbc are in a big database.

if you know the name ofthe show and some ingrediants you can narrow the search greatly.

    heres a link:

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/

here are some recipes by Ching-He Huang (the only chinese female presenter i know of at the bbc)

    sweet and sour pork.

egg fried rice (i love this one)

    choi sum

  4. Look on BBCiPlayer - it is on there and you can copy the recipe down. She is a great chef and as cute as can be!

  5. I can't add to what everyone else has said, except to say that the BBC always publishes a companion cookbook for their cookery shows, so I'd look out for that one shortly (I know I will).  And it *was* a great show!
