Chinese dishes?

I have tried many but not all chinese dishes. can you suggest anything worth trying and why?

    fry in a little sesame oil onions, carrots eggplant and string beans, do not overcook they must stay crispy. add scampi and at the end coconut milk. spices tandoori or and curry madras.

    Serve it with plain rice.

    why, it taste very good and have a low calorie and only take you to prepare 10 to 15 minutes.

  3. Prawn crakers and chicken+sweetcorn soup because when u dip the crackers into the soup, it crackles and goes soft and it tastes sooo nice!

    lemon chicken becaus eit is very nice. The batter and the chicken compliment each other very well + seriously one you try it, you'll b full on them after eating a lot of it. ts very addicting!

  5. chinese prawn curry is nice with fried rice. I usually have king prawn fried rice with king prawn balls with the sweet and sour sauce poured onto the rice. Yummmmmmmm

  6. Ingredients

        * 1 lb Pork ribs

        * 3 cloves garlic

        * 1/2 inch of ginger

        * 2 tbs lite soy sauce

        * 3 tbs of Hosin sauce

        * 1 tbs of white wine vinegar

        * 1 tbs of honey ( more if you like it sweeter)

        * 1 tbs of sweet and sour sauce

    Directions

       1. Pulverize your garlic and ginger

       2. Cut each of your pork ribs in half or keep them as a rack

       3. MIx all the above ingredients together

       4. In a plastic bag marinate overnight ( tastes better)

       5. Heat up your BBQ on medium and when hot cook each side for about 15 mins.

       6. Turn your BBQ on high and cook the fleshy part for another 5 mins, till nice and crispy. ( I like it a little burnt)

       7. * Note: If you dont have a BBQ, put the ribs in a baking pan, cover with foil and cook on about 350 for 30-35 min. Then put under the broiler and crisp for another 5-10 min.

    Sweet n sour (hong kong/cantonese style)

    chow mein

    chicken combination

    beef green pepper, black bean sauce

    fillet of beef hong kong style

  9. How about Dim Sums lunches?

    They are steam, fried or baked dishes. They are many different things to try at dim sum restaurants and  These are my favourite dishes when i go:

    Sui Mai - pork and prawn in an opened won ton wrap, steamed

    Har Goi - prawn dumplings, steamed

    Egg tarts - baked

    Chicken feet in black bean sauce - you don't have to try this but it is really nice! - steamed
