i have a chinese fan palm how do i care for it and what type of light does it get how tall will it get? and how about feeding it

Chinese fan palms are pretty easy to take care of. they have some thorns so watch out for those, but are also very cold tollerant.

the chinese fan palm grows two completely different ways. when their is a little sunlight the leaves get very long and the actual fan part of the leaf is not as big.

or in full sun it grows like in the tropics and as other palms. the leaves very short and full . this is a good way to get it to form a trunk.

also chinese fan palms are very slow growing for a palm tree so it makes a great indoor palm. when in a pot it may not pass 10 feet for over 25 years if from seed.

as for food feed with a palm food every 3 months 4 times a year
