Chinese food at home?

how do i make chinese food at home? can someone give me a recipe? i want to make orange chicken and lo mein. someone help me please:)

You can find recipes even in internet but to make it taste distinctively chinese, buy star anise & hoisin sauce. Add 3 or 4 petals of star anise and tspoon of hoisin sauce at the end of cooking. Buy also a good quality soy sauce like kikkoman, it gives difference. By the way dont

forget to remove the petals of star anise after cooking as it is hard to be eaten.

go to www.recipezaar.com and search for whatever dish you want.  then it'll tell you reviews on those who have tried to recipes and then you can choose to use that recipe or not.  have fun cooking!

Mind you, if you're trying to imitate the orange chicken and lo mein from Panda, these recipes are more like what you'd get at a more traditional Chinese restaurant, and not so Americanized... They're both very good recipes, like I said, but by no means carbon copies of Panda!

If you don't like the looks of those particular recipes, just type in the recipe names in the Allrecipes search and you can browse them yourself and find something that fits your tastes!
