  3. I'm really not sure what the difference is, but I've probably had more Chinese than Japanese, so I guess I'll vote for that one. :)

  4. Chinese is really good. But it is really bad for you because all the food is cooked in greese.

    Japanese is just as good if not better and it is all healthy because it is raw.

  5. Both are excellent, each in their own way.

    They are generally more healthy than the Western cuisines, as they have less red meat, and less fried foods.    Many of their dishes are steamed, or stir-fried in a wok, not deep fried, as much as European and American foods.

    Both Chinese and Japanese dishes usually have a lot of fresh vegetables, and less preservatives.

    Mind you westernized Chinese food are very greasy compare to traditional ones.

    Japanese foods have much less oil but many Japanese restaurants put lots of sugar in their food to boost taste buds of their costumers, not necessary healthier than eating a pizza.


  7. i'll say both. i don't really like sushi though. by the way, chinese food isn't unhealthy. especially steamed food. the chinese have a wide array of steamed dishes in their menus.

  9. Try Habatchi. It's Japanese and most Japanese restaurants offer a small show with fire along with your dinner. Most amusing and fun to go to.

  10. depends what kinda chinese food you're talking about. i absolutely hate the chinese-american greasy kind but i'm sure the traditional chinese food is ten times better..

    but i prefer japanese food.

  13. Japanese definitely. But I've tasted the chinese food here in US and it can't compare to the kind I've tasted in the Philippines. I know that sounds strange, but Phils. has a lot of chinese people in it.

  22. We are more accustomed to Chinese in USA, but I think the Japanese is actually more creative and interesting, especially the show some chefs put on with it.
