I like the Vegetable Garden at White Flint, and Yuan Fu, which is just up Rockville Pike.  There are Chinese restaurants all over Maryland, so you'd do better to be a little more specific.

In the montgomery county part of md, in college park (laurel) there is this restaurant called China Buffet. I has the most amazing food every. I almost go there every sunday after church. Its the best.
