Chinese sizes and US sizes?

Question

does anyone know the clothing sizes for China

compared to the US? or how to convert clothing sizes

from Chinese to US sizes (or the other way around)

In the US I am XL, but here I am XXXL or even XXXXL, problem is they rarely make clothes this size.  Normally they use the European Sizing for more mainstream stores.

For shoes it is the Europen sizes and for clothes everything is much smaller, so order 1 or 2 sizes up.  One more thing to consider is that Chinese women are often built differently than Western woman, so a lot of things may still not fit properly in the bust and hips area
