Chinese water dragons eyes are bleeding?

My chinese water dragons eyes are bleeding, i read that he will shed his eyes? But hes not eating well and they have been bad for about a week. Can someone help me please?

REPTILE VET NOW im sorry but u should have taken it already when it says "shed it eyes" it means a thin layer of skin over the eyes not the eyes itself. this sounds like a serious problem.
