Chipotle good place to work?

I'm thinking about applying at a local Chipotle store near my house and I was wondering if it was a good place to work and what the average hourly pay might be?

Everyone needs to work fast food at least once in their life.  That's my personal opinion.  I say go for it!

I haven't worked there, but the pay rate is going to depend on where you live. For example, the pay rate is higher in CA than in Iowa... As far as fast food is concerned, Chipotle seems like it might be a good place to work - usually busy and clean :)

It's a great place to work :) There are a lot of chipotles where I live, the food is great! Work there.
