Chipotle quesadillas?

Ok so i went to chipotle today and ask for my usual chicken and cheese quesadilla but they told me they could only give me chicken on the side because they want to keep the tortillas vegetarian??? what does this mean?

Seriously -- The server was off base - If they wanted to keep the tortillas vegetarian they would remove meat from the menu all together.  Next time insist -- and ask for the manager if your not served as requested.  The customer is always right you know!
