Question:

Chipotle restaurant?

I always order barbacoa at Chipotle. I recently found out that barbacoa in Mexico is cooked cow head or sheep. On the Chipotle restaurant, it says that it is beef. Does anybody know if the barbacoa served at Chipotle is just shredded beef or cow head?

  1. I'm sure it's not cow head.  But then again, you never know what you're really getting with meat.  If it tastes good, who cares?

A lot of Mexican food in Mexico is nothing like Mexican food in America.  Sometimes the name's the only thing that stays the same.  I wouldn't worry about it too much.  I'm almost positive it's not cow head; you'd be able to tell the meat was different.

  2. do you see any eyeballs floating in it? there ya go :D

  3. It's so good I don't care!!!
