My 6 year old daughter has been swimming every day this summer at camp and her hair is taking a beating from all of the chlorine. Does anyone know of a good shampoo that will correct the damage? Thanks!

  1. you use a reconstructor once a month and creme rinse that washes in. you can buy these at sallys supply house and they are cheap. you get the brand called Generic that is reasonable and goo dfor the hair and you will see it shine.

  2. I have been swimming for 7 years now and nothing has worked better than Regis Designline Clarify shampoo.  My stylist suggested it to me when I got my hair cut after a swim meet, and she said it would restore the shine to my hair and help mend broken and chlorine damaged hair/ ends.  It works amazing.  All she has to do is wash with your normal shampoo, wash with the Regis shampoo, and then use conditioner, and it'll look liek she's never even touched a pool.  It smells amazing too! it's available at your local Regis Salon for $11.50.  Hope I helped =]

  3. Ultraswim shampoo and conditioner.  Should be available at your drugstore, although you may have to search a bit.  It's usually on the lowest shelf with just a few bottles in stock.
