If your thinking about kidnapping your mother-in-law and shipping her in a box with airholes over to India via UPS Air, I wouldn't use chloroform because it wears off too quickly. Just club her over the head and force feed her a high dose of time-release xanax.  Remember this is illegal and you will be held resonsible, by the law and your wife.

Depends on how much you use, i would say but.. probably like ten seconds.

& it's dangerous ,anything that knocks you out is quite dangerous, its damaging your central nervous system, and everytime you use it you have a chance of not waking up.
