  1. Chlorophyll  is the green pigment found in most plants. It is very beneficial to your health. Chlorella is considered a super food. It is one of the most nutritious foods on earth. It had a large impact on the 20th century and was being considered as a major food source after World War 11.   2. One of the best sources of chlorophyll is Chlorella. Chlorella also contains vitamins, minerals, RNA, DNA and protein. As a "food" it is probably the better way to get your chlorophyll.

    I have had good results, however, using a liquid chlorophyll by Herbs, Etc., that is an extract of Nettles. That plant is also an excellent source of vitamins & minerals and being a weed common in Europe & the Americas, it's a cheaper source.

    If you are wanting heavy metal detoxification, use Chlorella because of the fiber. For quick relief of bad breath and skin rashes, use chlorophyll.
