All depends on where you go.

Mcdonalds is around1/4 milk, Steak and Shake is almost 1/3 milk. TCBY is 1/8 milk (more if you count their milk made in their ice cream)

The standard recipe is 1 part milk, 2 to 3 parts ice cream (depends on desired thickness), to 1/2 to 1 part flavoring (depending on how strong you want it)
