  1. I'm with ya, i've to got a chocolate addiction and I'm fighting to get it under control

  2. Cut back. Find a healthier snack to gnaw on. Try to do 1 and 1/2 bars for a few days, then cut back to one, then to 1/2, then to 1/4, and then stop. As for healthy snacks try apples, avocados, carrots, celery, unbuttered popcorn, and low-fat yogurt.

  3. well all u have 2 do is stay away for Chloette for a week than if u can c chloette and not eat it than u can go back 2 eating it hear and thar

  4. oh mannnnn<3 i feel your pain. what i did today was went out and bought sugar free/fat free chocolate ice cream and sugar free/fat free chocolate pudding....i think ill feel much less guilty next time i get an urge for chocolate

  5. I saw a commercial (maybe Nike) where a woman was running up this huge set of stairs, and each time she got to the top, she bent down and picked up one hershey's kiss.  I think if you did that, you could eat all the chocolate you want.

    Just Do It.
