Chocolate addiction???

im ADDICTED to chocolate but i know thats its bad for me. i want to find a chocolate that i can eat that wont make me gain any weight thtas very low on sugar and very low on calories. a chocolate thats maybe good for me?

  1. You might consider small amounts of raw cacao as a better option.


  2. Excess of chocolate is very harmful for any body either it contains sugar or its sugar free.

    Find some other alternative food.

  3. LOL!  It won't happen.  There are sugar free chocolate and carob can be substituted if you insist but I guarantee you won't be satisfied.  Stop fighting the urge and just commit to eating no more than 1-3 square of Hershey Bliss or Dove or 5 Kisses a day.

Well if you are going to eat chocolate and is worried about your health you should consult your doctor and they can give you helpful tips on what your chocolate intake a day should be and I am pretty sure they would recommend dark chocolate since it is allot more healthier than milk chocolate.  

  5. i agree that the sugar free chocolate tastes like c**p. i think that if you must have it, try to practice moderation, like having a small piece every day or every other day. or give up something else you eat thats high calorie or sugary such as a soda and eat the chocolate instead. i know how you feel; every month right before ''my special time'' i have to have some form of chocolate!
