Chocolate crumble topping?

When my sister and i used to go to school, they used to make chocolate apple crumble, all the recipes i can see for this have chocolate with the fruit, but my old school used to have it with the actual topping. Does anyone know a recipe like this? Is it just cocoa powder or chocolate mixed in with the flour?

You can use crushed chocolate digestives or mix in cooled melted chocolate into a crumble mix, but don't use do much butter, rub the melted chocolate in like it's butter to create crumble =]

We used to make a chocolate almond crumble, there was almonds in the fruit and the crumble itself just had cocoa powder.

1/3 cup oats

75g butter

1/3 cup raw sugar

1/3 cup flour

2 tbs cocoa powder

combine it all together until they become crumbs. Use your fingers, it's much easier that way. It doesnt work with grated chocolate or anything because the chocolate just melts into the fruit.
