Cocao or Cocoa is not coca (cocaine). These are different.

Yes chocolate is considered candy.  Well, it's orgins are in cacao (cocaine), so probably it was first considered a drug.  But we use chocolate in cooking and in candy-making, so it's a toss up - what the real defintion is.

Chocolate is considered a candy and it is yummy.  I love chocolate but I am not supposed to eat it because I have Diabetes 2.  karen h
