  1. Obviously it's not the only type of milk you can drink.  Sounds like you are lactose intolerant.  Try soy milk.

  2. Diarrhea occurs when an accumulation of dissolved substances in the intestine causes excess water to move into the intestine. "This accumulation may be a result of decreased

absorption of food, increased secretion of electrolytes by the intestine, or both. An example

of overload of an absorbable solute is fructose overload. For instance, if you eat three

pounds of grapes, an hour later you may be in trouble," says Dr. Aslam Hassan, professor

of gastrointestinal physiology at the college. Fructose needs help to be absorbed into the

body. These helpers come in the form of carriers. If there is too much fructose, carriers may

not be numerous enough to be effective. A lot of fructose will be retained in the bowel

    causing diarrhea.

  3. milk chocolate is a known laxative when consumed in large amounts, so yeah, that and with your metabolism all messed up with your pregnancy it probably hit you harder than normal

if you can't drink standard milk, but you can drink chocolate,  the chocolate in the milk must help you digest the milk... pregnancy commonly can cause your normal digestive system to get a little messed up, so looks like you will have to stick with soy-milk or take some lactose helper medication until you have had your child.

  4. You might be lactose intolerant.  It's not normal for it to happen all the time.
