    As we are finding out now, more burdens on the trucking industry equate to higher costs on everything for us.  Such a tax would increase the tax burden on the tax payers.


  2. 1) You can't tell people when or where they can buy goods. There's really no way besides keeping tabs on receipts that they could prove some one is or isn't burning gas from within the state.
