Hi
I was wondering if anyone knows of somewhere that I can go that compares culinary schools. I am looking for a school that isn't unreasonably expensive, I know that culinary schools are expensive.
Second question, what is the difference between a sole culinary school and a college or trade school that offers cook/culinary courses. If I am just starting out, would a trade school or college be a good start or is it wiser to pay the extra money and go straght to a school, like Cordon Bleu.
