Choosing the right trucking company, I have been offered a job with both C.R. England and USA Truck.?

Does anyone have any information on either C.R. England out

of Salt Lake City,UT or USA Truck out of Van Buren,AR. I have

been offered a job with both of these companies and I am trying to decide which one would be the best for me to start with and get some experience. Any info would be greatly

appreciated. Thanks.

CR is a  little bit better. But both are pretty good to work for. Management is friendlier with Cr England than the other.
