On my browser, when i use the scroll wheel my scrolling on screen is choppy. when i scroll either up or down, it looks as if it reloads the page to the next space i am scrolling to, except also what is already there is reloaded.im sorry i dont know how to explain it well, but if anyone knows what i am talking about maybe you could give some insight? thanks
