Choppy screen when I scroll down on the internet

I have an acer computer and lately when I am on line every time I scroll down on a page the screen looks like it is taking pictures and not scrolling down correctly. Any help on what to do?

You could download a new driver for you video card too, that might be the problem.

try turning on "smooth scrolling"  find it in the settings or search on the "help page" of your computer.
