What are some good daily chores for a 13 year old?

Daily chores? My daughter has to empty the dishwasher, clean up after dinner, and pick up her messes as she goes, everyday...  But as things are needed to be done, she knows she has to step up. Folding and putting away laundry, walk and clean up after our dogs, and help out with every other chore in the house, not daily but as needed.

This is tough to answer because I don't know the reason behind the question. Is she spoiled and you are trying to correct that? Is she trying to earn extra money? Does she have a busy life and maybe you were giving her too much?

im 13 and this is what i do:

Laundry

Clean room/make bed

clean bathroom

practice violin

practice cello

dust

vacuum

put away dishes

wash windows

wash car (once a week)

My son is 12 almost 13 and these are the chores that he has been doing since he was 10. Garbage/recycling: taking it out and replacing the bags. Dishes: washing only, I put them away. Cat care: he feeds, waters, and cleans the cat box everyday. Keeping his areas clean and his homework/schoolwork are also his "job".

My son gets $50 a month for these chores $20 goes to him for whatever he wants and the other $30 goes into a savings account for him to utilize only when the purchase is approved by me.

For keeping his areas clean and doing well in school and doing homework my son gets amazing grades and the opportunity to participate in many outside school activities and after school sports.
