Choritzo and jambalaya?

I just used chorizo in my jambalaya last week.  I finally found a good one to try.  Otherwise I do like the andouille in it also.   I like the sausage, chicken, shrimp combo when I make it.

i would imagine so. save me a plate! yum yum... especially since there's a lot of different kinds of it, beef and chicken. andouille sausage is the norm though.
