Now that Carp is most likely done for the year are the Cards done too?

The bullben is terrible and the Starters (Pitchers) are staring to fade

What do you think and what should they do?

  1. Carpenter is done for the year?  Did I miss something?

  2. He won't be done for the year. He might - might - be gone for a start or two, probably nothing more than that. When we get Waino back, he'll be the closer. We're still in the hunt!

  3. That guys so injury prone it's sad.

  4. He hasnt pitched regularly in a long time.  Its natural for his arm to hurt.  LaRussa was precautious and took him out.  He only gave up 2 runs (4 but 2 were unearned).  He's only gave up 3 runs in 3 starts, and he looks very sharp.

And do you really think the cardinals need carpenter that bad?  He was supposed to help a lot, but they are putting together a fantastic season without him.

  5. I know he left the game but out for the year? Not so sure!

  6. The Cardinals aren't going anywhere. They should do nothing.

  7. now im a true cardinal fan and i watched the game were he got hurt its just a simple strained tricep he said its nothing to do with his elbow or shoulder and if he misses anything he will miss maybe 2 starts at the most

  8. What happened to Carpenter? I see he went about 5 innings but no notes on him being reinjured....

  9. wow Cards fan is quick to bury a guy. he's still working back into shape.
