Chris Jericho again humiliates CM Punk on Monday Night Raw SuperShow – WWE News
Not only John Cena was humiliated at the hands of Brock Lesnar this Monday, even CM Punk was devastated by Chris Jericho’s another act of showing him low. The scene started with Cm Punk in the ring talking about Chris Jericho and what he did last Monday.
Punk came up saying that Jericho’s act of spilling liquor on his face last Monday reminded him of his father’s brutality and how he used to beat him up when he was drunk. According to Punk, the smell of alcohol reminds him of his father and he hates it.
While Punk was talking about his father and his ugly past, Jericho appeared on the screen. Jericho told Punk that he still has a hangover of the liquor from last Monday and that he needs to admit it. Jericho then told Punk that the first thing he needs to
in order to quit alcohol is to admit he is dependent on it. Furious Punk simply said that he does not care about anything else anymore and he just wants to beat Jericho.
After their conversation, Mark Henry came to the ring and Punk’s pre-determined rematch with Henry started. However, the match could not go on for long since Punk smashed the announcement table screen to Henry’s head. Punk got disqualified but he retained
his WWE title which irked Henry. It was the same that happened last Monday as well. Henry unleashed his wrath over Punk in the form of two World’s Strongest Slams. Henry left the ring but Jericho entered with beer cans in his hands.
Punk tried to stop Jericho but the latter countered Punk’s move with a Code Breaker. Jericho then spilled liquor again on Punk and this time he actually showered Punk in beer. Punk again tried to stop him but he all he got was another Code Breaker right
to his jaw. Jericho was all smiles when he was leaving the ring as he had told Punk before that he would show him his true face.
Helpless Punk could not do much but bear the smell of alcohol once again.
