Christ help??

I haven't decided where to go next year for college (UK) I'm in a weird situation as there are no good courses where I live as I live in the back of beyound in wales and I have two options Hereford or Shwersbury, my options are business & law in shwersbury or public service in Hereford, but again I would have to stay there as it's just to far to travel everyday? where would I stay?

OK I used to teach careers and my background is accountancy and law, so perhaps I can help you.  First look at the jobs available that you would like to do.  just cut them out and label them 1,2,3 etc and decide that if you had qualifications what is the best job you would like to do.  look on the net for that company and see what it does.  see if that interests you.  Then having done that you will discover if you want business or public service.  Then your choice is made for you based not on lodgings but the kind of job, career and person, job and career you are made of.

For now why not call up the company personal department and ask if you had.....then would they employ you and say why you phoned as you had wanted to work for that company and thought it prudent to ask now...blah on the jam.  They may invite you to do a summer job there and you can ask for that.  In this day and age it is OK to do so.

Yes and ring round many companies like this and see what the world has to offer look beyond staying anywhere and then make your mind up based on the evidence you found for yourself.  you are the only one who can do this.  good luck and email me  if I can help further.

maybe you could go to shrewbury maybe they have an on site bedrooms something you will have to find out for yourself
