Christian Dior - Eau Sauvage. Why did they change it?

Question

For some reason they changed the exceptional perfume (Eau de toilette). Why change such a good perfume and replace it with an inferior scent which is now being sold everywhere in Britain. Is there any information about the change because I haven't found any about why they decided to change a classic. I would like to tell the people at Dior to get rid of this rubbish and bring back the original Eau sauvage created by Edmond Roudnitska in 1966.
