Andre Dias came on the news earlier and mentioned that he had never worked so hard in a pre-season training regimen. The change in routine comes after Edy Reja resigned from his post as the head coach of the Biancocelesti, and
has been replaced by the Sarajevo born tactician.
When Ledesma was quizzed about the difference between the two managers, Edy Reja and Vladimir Petkovic, he went on to state that both the managers had their unique take on the managing teams and players and went on to state:
“Petkovic and Reja have different ways of working, and that is not to criticise one or the other.”
He stated that every human has a different methodology of getting work done, and that was how it was between the two coaches. He did not state whether one was better than the other. He contemplated that the newly appointed coach
was still acquainting himself with the players, and assessing their relative strengths.
He further went on to state that the coach had asked a lot from them and the players were kept busy throughout the training routine, and remarked:
“This Coach asks for aggression. Now, in these early days he has asked a lot, but maybe with every passing day we will find a balance. It’s too early to say how we will want to play.”
When quizzed how he feels the Biancazzurri would be setting up stall in the coming season, he went on to state that during his long career he had realised never to make early assessments of managers. He went on to state:

Edy Reja leaves a strong legacy behind him, and his team was always competitive in all the competitions they were fighting, and Petkovic has an uphill task to emulate the veteran Italian.
