Christian Liberty Academy CLASS?

I would like to know of any experiences any of you may have had with Christian Liberty Academy (CLASS) .

1. What experiences have you had with it both good and bad?

2. Has it worked for your children?

3. Would you recommend it?

We used CLASS until my son was in second grade.  It did not work well for us, we found the workbooks to be very dry and boring.  To us it seemed like being in school without being in the building.  Unschooling is what worked best for us, and once we abandoned CLASS we did quite well.
