(3) The contract can have a clause that states the conditions that automatically end muta'a and make the marriage a normal one without any other overt act. (4) The parties covered by the contract are the creators of the contract and determine how long and any other provisions. (5) If the husband is Muslim, any parting of any kind gives him the kids. Muslim state will not recognize any contract giving non-Muslim the kids, at least not now--always best to check.
